In its annual Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Campaign Management released on May 21, 2014, Gartner confirmed that digital marketing budgets are increasing at twice the rate of overall marketing budgets in general. (Gartner 2014) “Gartner expects spending on MCCM software to reach almost $914 million in 2014, at a growth rate of 24%”. (Gartner 2014)

Gartner emphasized the importance of coordinating customer engagement across channels, how the growth of social and mobile have increased the buyer’s control of the purchase process and the need expressed by companies to meet their marketing challenges by implementing solutions in a short timeframe.
