Timmons Group’s Hampton Roads Office Awarded Two On-Call Contracts
Hampton Roads, VA (PRWEB) June 05, 2014 -- Timmons Group’s Hampton Roads office has been awarded on-call engineering contracts for two Virginia municipalities: the City of Poquoson and Northampton County. The initial term of this contract is one year, but has the option for two additional one year extensions. No project tasks are currently underway, but scoping is underway with work expected to begin this July.
Northampton County, part of Virginia’s Eastern Shore, is the southern 35 miles of a 70 mile stretch of the Delmarva Peninsula. Timmons Group will be providing stormwater and erosion and sediment control plan review and other consulting services on an as-needed basis. This contract will be renewed on an annual basis.
