Service Pack 5200 adds more features to Infortel® Select 10.

ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of telecom management solutions, has released Service Pack 5200 for Infortel® Select.

With this new release, users will receive greatly enhanced reporting capabilities. From web traffic analysis tools to updated summary gate reports, this service pack adds tremendous value to Infortel Select’s already robust feature set.

Specifically with Service Pack 5200, users have access to a Web Traffic Analysis tool. This allows for the accurate analysis and forecast of call traffic based on actual data. It provides several standard templates and includes an option to create templates designed to meet individual needs.

Additionally, the release includes an enhanced Web Directory import. With this comes the capability to import security information such as User ID, password, organizational access, application (module) access, and Summary Gates access.

Also included with the update are Quality of Experience (QoE) reports for Microsoft Lync. QoE reports on MOS score, latency, jitter, and packet loss statistics which provide telecommunications managers tools to assure traffic and service requirements are met.
