Northern Westchester Hospital and North Shore-LIJ Enter Exclusive Strategic Partnership Discussions
Mount Kisco, NY (PRWEB) June 05, 2014 -- Northern Westchester Hospital and the North Shore-LIJ Health System announced today that the Northern Westchester Hospital Board of Trustees has unanimously approved a letter of intent to explore joining the North Shore-LIJ Health System. The letter of intent allows North Shore-LIJ and Northern Westchester Hospital to enter into exclusive negotiations and begin the due diligence process, with a goal of executing a final agreement later this year.
