K. Hovnanian® Homes® of Southern California Acquires 65 Single Family Homesites in Chino, CA
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) June 06, 2014 -- K. Hovnanian® Homes® of Southern California announced today that the national home builder has acquired 65 single family homesites in Chino, San Bernardino County, CA.
The builder purchased 65 preliminary platted, single family homesites with an average size of 45’ x 65’, and plans to offer home designs ranging from approximately 2,155 square feet to approximately 2,520 square feet.
The property will be marketed as Sonata at The Preserve, and is located at the intersection of Bickmore Avenue and Rincon Meadows Avenue within The Preserve master-planned community in Chino. Construction is scheduled to begin on the community’s two model homes in Fall 2014 with a Grand Opening in Winter 2014. Sales pricing is to be determined.
