GhostDraft, a provider of cloud-based document automation and customer communications management, today announced that Kentucky National Insurance, a privately-held insurance company providing homeowners, auto, condo, boat and rental property insurance, has implemented GhostDraft software to simplify the creation of custom policy forms and related documents.
Kentucky National has been providing insurance in the state of Kentucky since 1973. Like many carriers, the company was grappling with the limitations of a legacy policy administration system which constrained its ability to bring new products to market quickly. Kentucky National chose the Stingray system from Maximum Processing to replace its core systems, and GhostDraft for customer communications management.
“In a competitive market such as ours, it’s critical that we have the ability to launch new products and respond to our customers’ needs quickly. GhostDraft was attractive to us because it puts the business user, not our technical staff, in control of the document. This gives us the ability to jump on new market opportunities before the window closes,” said Rodney Shockley, President and CEO at Kentucky National.
GhostDraft is fully integrated with Stingray, and when Kentucky National was ready to launch a new product for manufactured homes, GhostDraft offered the speed, flexibility, and ease-of-use that allowed Kentucky National to create new insurance application forms and declaration pages specifically for this unique coverage.
“It’s great that GhostDraft is integrated with Stingray. It made implementation easy, and we were creating documents in no time. The system lets us fit the document to our business model, not the other way around, and its document design features give us the perfect balance between standardization and customization,” said Shockley.
“We are pleased that Kentucky National has chosen GhostDraft to maximize the benefits of their investment in Stingray. They are the fourth Stingray customer to do so in the short span of one year since the partnership began,” said Kurt Jackson, Executive Vice President at GhostDraft.
“Kentucky National understood that customer communications management is an important enabler that needs to be integrated with core systems to drive greater agility. We’re committed to making the creation of insurance documents a business user-driven process that puts the carrier in control and boosts their ability to bring new products to market quickly. We’re pleased to count Kentucky National among our growing circle of customers who have selected GhostDraft for their document automation.”
