Scott Swope has joined mBLAST as the head of customer success, Andy Smolenski is the company’s new director of customer success and Eric Israel is its new director of sales.
As the head of customer success, Swope is responsible for both solution delivery and sales at mBLAST. He joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having worked in strategic services, product management and technical roles at Oracle, Seibel and Apple. Prior to mBLAST, Swope was a founder and managing director of C2B Suite, a leading provider of social customer care strategy, deployment, integration and training services.
Smolenski comes to mBLAST with a 25-year track record of success in organizations from startups to global FORTUNE 500 companies, including Convergys, Intervoice, Verizon and General Magic. At mBLAST, Andy is responsible for pre- and post-sale consulting and implementation services, as well as partner management.
Israel joins mBLAST with more than 20 years’ experience leading enterprise sales organizations, most recently from SDL Social Intelligence, a leading provider of social media analytics services and solutions. Prior to SDL, Israel headed sales for social analytics providers Attensity and Biz360, and held senior sales positions at Socialware and Information Builders. He leads the field sales effort at mBLAST.
