Pasadena, Calif (PRWEB) June 09, 2014
The Law Office of Donald P. Schweitzer, Pasadena’s premier family law firm, announced today that three of its attorneys—Partner & Certified Family Law Specialist, Kayla Horacek; and associate attorneys Patrick Baghdaserians and Nitasha Khanna—have been selected to the 2014 California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the Rising Star honor, which is designated for attorneys who have been practicing 10 years or less. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys.
“I’ve always believed that to become great at what you do requires constant growth, and the inclusion of Kayla, Patrick and Nitasha to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list is a testament to the hard work each of them has put in through the years, and I’m really pleased to see each of them recognized for their achievements,” said Don Schweitzer, Founder, Partner and Certified Family Law Specialist, Law Offices of Donald P. Schweitzer.
“I have an eye out for attorneys who are dynamic, knowledgeable professionals, eager to make the strides at becoming exceptional trial lawyers,” Don continued. “Part of our firm’s philosophy is to encourage continued education, professional growth and involvement in the community, and to push our attorneys to receive specialized certifications. I’ve seen the progression in Kayla, Patrick and Nitasha, and as you can imagine, I’m an extremely proud to have them included in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.”
