• A secure, easy-to-manage, integrated technology environment. Many open source content management systems (CMS) and integration of complex third-party IT stacks expose agencies and their clients to risks in big data workflow gaps (importing and exporting data from multiple sources); as well as related technology upgrades and patches, and security issues. • A true omnichannel answer. The user experience should be consistent and seamless across all devices (e.g., PCs, tablets, smartphones, kiosks). When the information flow is broken (i.e., requesting someone to stop what they are doing and download a mobile app), the brand attention is jeopardized due to the interruption. The Captavi Platform supports responsive design and content for all devices and offers an auto-detect web mobile app that launches automatically if the domain is pulled up from a smartphone.

• Created for agency web developers and their clients. Agency web developers often work in systems like Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, Kentico, Sitecore, and Ektron. Since these systems were created primarily for web developers, many marketing professionals complain that these systems are difficult to use. This predicament has challenged agencies to rethink the CMS they are using to build digital solutions for their clients. The Captavi Platform is more client-friendly, with an easy-to-use graphical user interface and tools such as the drag-and-drop feature for navigation menu management.
