ETCO Incorporated Receives 99% Supplier Rating for 1st half of 2014 from Customers
Bradenton, FL (PRWEB) June 10, 2014 -- ETCO Incorporated, a manufacturer of precision metal stampings with a specialization in wire termination engineering announced today that it received an average of 99% in supplier ratings. These ratings came from customers who provided supplier scorecards to the manufacturer during the first half of 2014. This is the highest rating ETCO has received since tracking the metric. Previous ratings were placed in the 97% to 98% range. The rating also achieves a goal set by ETCO management to increase productivity, quality and delivery lead times while maintaining a commitment to competitive product pricing.
The 99% supplier rating encompasses scoring based on quality, pricing, lead time, customer service, engineering and overall customer satisfaction. The rating is comprised of survey response/report data provided by a sample set of companies in leading industries to which ETCO supplies. To obtain a higher rating, ETCO had to conform not only to the highest standards set internally, but The Company also adheres to standards set by customers for specific parts being delivered.
