We will definitely be back in Austin for future events...New York City see’s the potential in the City of Austin - just as events such as Formula 1 and X Games do. TraxNYC will be back very soon.
New York, New York (PRWEB) June 09, 2014
The Summer X Games hit the the City of Austin for the first time ever on June 5, 2014. The X Games are a sports phenomenon focusing on Extreme Sports which hit home with a young, spontaneous audience. TraxNYC, a New York City hip hop jeweler located in New York City’s Historic Diamond District, hosted its first X Games After Party at Club Rio in Austin, Texas.
TraxNYC specializes in custom gold, diamonds, jewels, and luxury timepieces such as Hublot, Audemars Piguet, and Rolex. The X Games and rising City of Austin made perfect sense for the company to make a move into the Extreme Sports weekend.
TraxNYC has designed and manufactured custom pendants, jewelry, and timepieces for a list of celebrities and professional athletes. However, the company never suspected Johnny Manziel also known as “Johnny Football” or “Johnny Baseball” would walk into their hosted party at Club Rio Austin the night before news hit he'd been drafted by the San Diego Padres.
Obi Ariguzo, the source of the photo gone viral says, “The party was fun - but around midnight Johnny Manziel walked in with a posse, hopped on the swan, took a drink of champagne, and jumped in the pool fully clothed. I just happened to have my phone out at just the right time! Within a minute it was over. He was actually pretty together and just having a good time with his girlfriend and friends, despite what media has portrayed thus far.” The professional photographer concluded, “Great TraxNYC party overall...it was a great X Games after party experience!”
While TraxNYC was not an official sponsor of any of the X Games, the choice to host an after party in the City of Austin was a substantial business decision. The City of Austin seems to be an outstanding place for large and small businesses alike to invest and continue to do business.
TraxNYC quotes, “We will definitely be back in Austin for future events...New York City see’s the potential in the City of Austin - just as events such as Formula 1 and X Games do. TraxNYC will be back very soon.”
