Business of Law Experts from Aderant Redwood Analytics to Speak at Upcoming Industry Events
ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) June 09, 2014 -- Business of law consultants at Aderant, the world’s largest independent legal software company, will be delivering presentations at three upcoming industry events in June. Both speakers are part of the business of law team for Aderant Redwood Analytics. Russ Haskin, director of consulting and services, and Daniel Ronesi, senior business of law consultant, are experts in the business of law and have served as advisors to numerous law firms around the globe—from small practices to several members of the Am Law 10.
On Thursday, June 12, Russ Haskin will speak in Chicago, Illinois, presenting at the Legal Marketing Association’s P3 Conference. The event focuses on discussion about the business of law, project management, pricing, and process improvement. Haskin’s presentation, entitled “A Case Study on Driving Profitability through Pricing and Client Value,” outlines the components and changes within the drivers of profitability in this new legal environment of demanding clients, alternative pricing, and changing structures.
Haskin will also be presenting to the Finance Section of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) in Seattle, Washington, on Tuesday, June 17, on the critical topic of developing a well-functioning partner cost model. His seminar will explore tough questions and suggest best practices, providing practical tips for establishing a model that can be used to analyze client productivity.
The Center for Competitive Management, an organization providing professionals with information to help them stay on top of industry changes and boost performance, will be hosting a live audio conference on Thursday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. EDT, led by Daniel Ronesi, senior business of law consultant at Aderant, and Charles J. O’Donnell, chief operating officer at Duane Morris, LLP. The 75-minute session is titled “Origination Credit and Partner Compensation: Incentivizing Collaboration for Increased Efficiency and Profitability.” Highlights of the course include exploring the benefits that can be gained from developing a clear definition of origination at your firm, and learning methods for origination credit sharing, changing, and transitioning or inheriting ownership of origination credits.
