The Institutes Offer Property Technical Certification on Interior Loss Adjusting
Malvern, PA (PRWEB) June 10, 2014 -- The Institutes have now released their final Property Technical Certification (PTC): Property Technical Certification III—Interior Loss Adjusting (PTC III).
In addition to PTC III, certifications in PTC I—Core Property Adjusting Principals and PTC II—Exterior Loss Adjusting are also available, allowing insurance claims adjusters and other professionals involved in the investigation, scoping and estimation of property losses to:
• Exceed customer expectations with their ability to effectively manage property losses resulting from fire, water, windstorm, and other common damages
• Boost their efficiency with a clear understanding of the damageability and repairability of various types of interior and exterior property
• Expand their technical knowledge by learning how to properly investigate, scope and estimate a property loss
PTC III consists of 11 online courses and an online exam, and it is accredited for at least 20 continuing education hours in multiple states. Study materials are now available for purchase.
