The seminar will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
The focus of the seminar is a technical/end user facing conference highlighting how citizen engagement products and services are being utilized in the government space. EVI Chief Evangelist and Founder Shawn Smith will speak on “Disaster Resource Management: There’s an App for that”.
Mr. Smith will focus on how communities utilizing a cloud and mobile approach to Disaster Resource Management can provide operational visibility, facilitate event & resource management, as well as providing true situational awareness to all responders and leaders.
The event is expected to attract Government employees and leaders focused on recent citizen engagement/open government initiatives from the Washington Metro and beyond.
