Premier Social Security Consulting Expands Formats to Teach NSSA Social Security Education Classes
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) June 11, 2014 -- Premier Social Security Consulting of Cincinnati now offers National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) classes on Social Security three ways—in person, through webinars and in an “on demand” format through its PremierNSSA.com website.
“A person can now go to our website, log into it, pay $595 and attend a private, taped version of the Social Security education classes,” said Marc Kiner, Premier partner. “This is a taped version of the course without any attendees. Professional advisors can watch and listen to the 15 class tracks at their leisure.”
Total class time for the taped version of the classes is seven hours, the same amount of time offered in the live version, he added. After the class is over, attendees can take an exam to qualify as a certified NSSA advisor.
Premier teaches the NSSA program to certified public accountants, insurance agents, financial advisors, enrolled agents and other professional advisors.
All participants in NSSA classes have access to ongoing support after the class ends through webinars and the opportunity to ask Social Security questions.
Webinars serve to reinforce concepts and continue the educational process, expanding advisors' knowledge. The NSSA tagline “Increasing Advisor Value Through Social Security Education” really applies, said Kiner.
“We want people to know how much fun we are having and how proactive we are in growing the NSSA brand and recognition,” said Jim Blair, Premier partner. He is a 35-year veteran with the Social Security Administration.
In other news, Premier announced that Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has included National Social Security Advisor in its list of designations located at http://www.finra.org.
Kiner and Blair are spokespersons for W&S Financial Group Distributors, a member of Western & Southern Financial Group, and educate their clients and producers on Social Security issues.
Kiner said he would like to provide more NSSA programs in cities across the country this year in order to reach a larger percentage of professional advisors who work with the nation’s 72 million baby boomers. About 10,000 baby boomers turn 65 each day.
The firm plans an appreciation and fundraising event Tuesday, Sept. 9 to celebrate its growth and the success of the NSSA certification program.
Kiner said the event is sponsored by Charter One Bank and will serve as a thank you to everyone Premier has touched over the last four years nationwide.
The Sept. 9 event will be held at the Losantiville Country Club in Cincinnati. Blair and Kiner wish to thank clients, professional advisors and all supporters since their business was formed in 2010, and celebrate their fast growth.
They also want to raise funds for Crayons to Computers, a greater Cincinnati nonprofit that collects and distributes new and gently-used school supplies to underserved children through teachers in 16 counties in Ohio, northern Kentucky and Indiana.
