In recent weeks, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, Hotmail and other major email providers made changes to their email deliverability rules in order to address “email spoofing.” The resulting stricter email validation policy, DMARC, has caused significant problems for anyone who uses a third party software or email service provider for their email marketing, as messages that would have been successfully delivered prior to these changes would now go undelivered.

In response to DMARC, and to safeguard IXACT Contact customers from decreased email deliverability, the real estate CRM company quickly made changes to the way emails get sent from their servers.

All mass emails sent from the Realtor CRM now use an IXACT Contact email “from address” unique to each customer. All emails still appear in the recipient’s inbox with the from field appearing as the customer’s own name. And if a recipient replies to an email, all replies will still be sent directly to the customer’s own email address.
