The creation of this option allows for the local insurance agent to have information about their clients and prospects available more immediately. At the end of the day, the job of the agent becomes easier when the focus can be on their marketable opportunities and the tasks necessary to convert those opportunities.
Additional updates for Q2 system release include the X-Date marketing tool, which allows agents to find leads in any prospect or active lead that have policies coming up for renewal so they can attempt to gain or win back lost business.
