New York, NY (PRWEB) June 11, 2014
Google Gooru, the number one resource site for Google Apps, today announced Summer 2014 Admin Training Week, an online event focused solely on educating Google Apps administrators. With more than 10,000 administrators expected to join nine sessions over the course of three days, Admin Training Week is on track to be the largest-ever Hangout on Air event for the Google Apps community.
Admin Training Week will feature industry experts and thought leaders like David Hoff, Co-Founder and CTO of Cloud Sherpas, Justin Gale, Lead Architect for BRP, Vincent Paquet, VP of Product for UberConference and many others. Session topics range from Google Apps Script to Chromebook Management, Google Drive Security and Google+.
The event is sponsored by some of the largest Google Apps resellers and independent software vendors in the ecosystem including Backupify, Cloud Sherpas, FlashPanel, Insightly, Spanning, Synergyse, UberConference and Virtru.
“Since launching Google Gooru, it’s been our goal to serve as the most comprehensive free resource for the Google Apps ecosystem,” said David Politis, CEO and Founder of BetterCloud, the company behind Google Gooru. “We’re also building a community within this ecosystem through events like Admin Training Week and the Gooru’s contributor program. These programs not only provide valuable educational resources to the ecosystem, but build a true community centered around the Google Apps platform.”
Summer 2014 Admin Training Week is only the second event of its kind, following a very successful inaugural event, which took place this past April. In an effort to provide additional training resources and further bolster the Google Apps community, Google Gooru will continue to hold quarterly Admin Training events.
