Galaxy Microsystems, a leading manufacturer of the world’s highest performing graphics cards, in collaboration with DarbeeVision, innovators in immersive visual image processing technology, will introduce a new video graphics card this week at E3 in Los Angeles. The GALAXY GeForce GTX 750 Ti Darbee Edition is capable of applying DARBEE Visual Presence (DVP) processing to any video from the computer or from any external HDMI source.
DVP technology goes far beyond the constraints of pixel count, color count and brightness, or contrast factors to bring unsurpassed image quality for realism and clarity to any video content. When installed in the PC, the Galaxy graphics card will apply DVP to video from the computer or can switch to add DVP processing to any video from any external HDMI source device.
“GALAXY has been on the frontline of product innovation in the computer graphics card industry. We are very excited in working with DarbeeVision to bring a new dimension of image quality and realism to the computer world,” said Alex Lam, CEO of GALAXY Microsystems. “The DVP is a state-of-the-art real time video enhancement engine, previously only been seen on high-end Blu-ray players and video processor / scalar. The GALAXY GeForce GTX 750 Ti Darbee Edition has successfully bridged the gap between PC Gaming and Home Theater usage."
The GALAXY GeForce GTX 750 Ti Darbee Edition is currently in development and will be available in the next few months at the Galaxy Microsystems website and through its value added resellers for under $300 (USD). About DarbeeVision Inc. Formed in 2009 as a privately held company, DarbeeVision Inc. is headquartered in Orange, California. DarbeeVision has developed proprietary technologies that bring a revolutionary level of depth and realism to digital images. By integrating Visual Presence into existing digital image media devices, pictures can be made better than what even the most perfect camera and display can achieve -- much better in fact, by using computation to process an image in the same way the brain does, actually helping the eyes see images the way the brain expects them to look.
