The college-preparatory curriculum that San Joaquin Memorial High School in Fresno, CA, offers is known to be rigorous. However, the application process for accepting students into this prestigious school was even more demanding.

Every year, the administrative staff at San Joaquin Memorial High School encountered a daunting task. The InfoSnap application submission workspace has provided Gonzalez with tremendous assistance in generating enrollment updates and reports to Memorial’s Board of Directors, administrators, faculty, and staff on a consistent basis. “The members of our Board want numbers—measurable information they can assess to sum up the progress of enrollment,” says Gonzalez. “Every month, I export information from InfoSnap that provides the total number of applications we have. I’m then able to break that number down even more by determining how many applicants are from our partner schools, transfers from public schools, and provide additional data gleaned from the online application form. It is tangible data that allows Memorial’s team to see the progress we’re making.”

Gonzalez uses the application data to develop graphs and statistics that reflect why applicants choose to attend San Joaquin Memorial High School.

“We now have a thorough understanding of who our applicants are and why they are coming to our school,” adds Gonzalez. “I attribute that to the flexibility of tools and support provided by InfoSnap.
