Hoop Group Announces Father/Son and Parent/Daughter Weekends
Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) June 10, 2014 -- The Hoop Group Skills Camp will be hosting Father/Son and Parent/Daughter weekends this summer for boys and girls, ages 6 and up, that are interested in raising their skill level while also spending quality time with their mom or dad.
Camp will be held on four separate weekends this summer. Father/Son Camp will be held the weekends of June 13-15, July 18-20 and August 8-10. Parent/ Daughter Camp will be held July 25-27.
The camps will be held in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The Pocono facility has 13 outdoor courts, which allows parents to work side by side with their son or daughter as they do drills, play in games and compete in contests. The facility also has 37 cabins, usually holding 8-20 bunks as well as a dining hall, which will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the weekend.
Hoop Group Director of Skills Ryan Finch praises the weekend as a great way for parents to bond with their child.
"These weekends are one of a kind bonding experience. It is a great mix of instruction, fun, competition and relaxation. Head high school coaches and college assistants are there to answer any questions you have about skill development or game situations as you help your child raise their skill level.”
