The InvestiGator Club® Prekindergarten Learning System with STEAM, a comprehensive inquiry-based program for the preschool classroom from Robert-Leslie Publishing, has been honored with Golden Lamp and Distinguished Achievement Awards for the 2014 Recognized Valuable Educational Resources (REVERE) Awards. The program is named in the whole curriculum category for both awards.
The InvestiGator Club PreK with STEAM is a culturally rich, fully integrated preschool curriculum that focuses on ten critical domains of learning. The program uses engaging stories, charming characters, and the innate curiosity of youth to motivate children to think, solve problems, communicate, and investigate their world.
“Being honored with a Golden Lamp and Distinguished Achievement Award recognizes the success educators and students have experienced using The InvestiGator Club,” said Judith Coffey, CEO of Robert-Leslie Publishing. “By focusing on purposeful inquiry, our curriculum engages students and helps develop their critical thinking skills.”
Presented by the Association of American Publishers’ PreK-12 Learning Group, the REVERE Awards program is the most respected and comprehensive recognition program in the learning resource community. This annual event continues a decades-long tradition of honoring excellence across all resources for preK-12. Three rounds of judging include a screening by the National Educator Review Panel, a professional review and a certification.
Finalists and winners were honored at the REVERE Awards Gala on Wednesday, June 4, during the Content in Context conference in Washington, DC.
