“If you are just pitching people, people are going to turn you off,” continued Reynolds. “If you have good content, people are more likely to pay attention. It is all about building relationships."

Neil Haley, the Total Tutor host of the Simply G Radio Show, interviewed entrepreneur GJ Reynolds to find out the importance of Facebook, what tips he would provide people, and the new ebooks he will be publishing.
Reynolds is an original founding member in the company ViSalus and is now a 5-Star Ambassador, Vi Millionaire, and CEO of Simply G Media. He has written a book dubbed “The Playful and Powerful Warrior Within You” and holds the distinction of completing the Dale Brown Challenge by working out for over 950 days straight (and counting).
On the show, Reynolds explained that his personal Facebook is a constant interaction back and forth between him and his community of fans.
“Facebook is the city,” Reynolds said. “It is a great platform to communicate.”
Haley said, “Personal Facebook is not a place to promote your business. You need to leave this to your fan page. We should communicate to our followers and friends. We should like their posts.”
“If you are just pitching people, people are going to turn you off,” continued Reynolds. “If you have good content, people are more likely to pay attention. It is all about building relationships. We are in people business. It is the people that are the relationship.”
Haley also said, “If you are not consistent on social media you will fail.”
Reynolds finished the interview explaining that once you establish a good following on your personal page, you can start a business page/fan page. This is where you can share more business content.
“Remember content is king.”
