2014 marks the very first year of the RAR (Recommended agency register) digital awards but their pioneering approach to rewarding agencies based primarily on client feedback and ratings has already helped to establish them as some of the most coveted awards in the digital marketing industry, and this year’s debut ceremony in London's Montcalm Hotel, Marble Arch, played host to a large number of high-profile companies from all over the country.
Despite being one of the smallest agencies attending, Pinpoint Designs’ glowing client reviews and highly encouraging customer feedback were enough to secure them the award for most effective agency with less than 40 members.
When asked for comment, the companies’ CEO and managing director, Lewis Sellers, had the following to say:
