FirstService Residential Realty Completes Management Buyout
Austin, TExas (PRWEB) June 12, 2014 -- FirstService Residential Realty (FSRR), a national property management company, has been purchased by the company’s existing executive managers in a management buyout deal. The Austin, Texas-based property management company will be renamed The Rockbridge Group, and will continue to provide rental property management services to both multifamily communities and single-family homes across the nation.
Greg Tolander, CEO of FSRR, and John Miller, CFO of FSRR, led the managed buyout, with further financing from Plains Capital Bank. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Since 2008, FSRR has managed over 100,000 rental properties in the country. The Rockbridge Group will build on this deep experience to provide both clients and residents with the high quality service they have become accustomed to with FSRR. According to Tolander, The Rockbridge Group is on track to significantly expand its service offering in the coming months, including acquisition, market and property assessments, and leasing and evictions through to disposition.
