A webcast from the Construction Marketing Association scheduled for September 25, 2014, at 1 pm CDT.

A webcast from the Construction Marketing Association (CMA) will evaluate social media usage and trends in the construction industry. Numerous case studies and an in-depth look into the use of forums will demonstrate social media best practices and ideas for construction. Results of a national survey will be presented. The free webcast for members and non-members is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, at 1 pm CDT.

Panelists include BOSCH Marketing Director and CMA board member, Kevin Enke, CMA member and Caterpillar Inc. Social Media Strategist, Brian Stokoe, and CMA Chairman Neil M. Brown.

ABOUT Brian Stokoe
Brian Stokoe is a CMA member and the Social Media Strategist for Caterpillar Inc. He leads Caterpillar’s strategy for all brands, product / customer segments, enthusiasts and Dealership presence in all social media channels. He’s responsible for defining resource requirements, guidelines, training, and measurement procedures for all groups and their appropriate channels including Blogs, Forums, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Orkut, Weibo, RenRen, Youku and Google+. Brian has spoken at a number of events on social media strategy. He holds a BS-Marketing from Bellevue University.

ABOUT Kevin Enke
Kevin Enke manages Accessory brands for Robert Bosch including Bosch, Vermont American and Skil. In addition he manages alternative channels which includes hardware coop, lumber and related. He is an expert in home center packaging and merchandising. Kevin serves on the Construction Marketing Association (CMA) national board of directors, and Retail Sub-Committee.

ABOUT Neil M. Brown                                    
Neil Brown is Chairman of the Construction Marketing Association. He has been CEO of numerous marketing consulting and creative agencies for the past 15 years, managing some of the biggest brands in the construction sector including Emerson Electric, USG and Bosch Tools. Prior to the agency-side, Brown was a brand manager at electrical products marketing powerhouse IDEAL Industries, and later CMO of an architectural metals manufacturer. Neil is a frequent speaker, author and contributor to BtoB magazine, Advertising Age, Marketing Week and the Construction Marketing Blog. He holds a BS–Marketing from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. In 2012, he published the book, Tools of the Trade: Modern Marketing for Construction Brands.
