Since the initial release of these apps on iPad®, iPhone®, Android™ and Kindle Fire devices, Navy Federal has sustained application ratings above four stars on iTunes® and Google Play™. In 2013, Navy Federal released their highly anticipated application for iPad, which goes beyond traditional mobile banking. With an intuitive user interface, social media integration, spending charts and graphs, and core mobile banking features, the application was ranked among the “Best New Apps” in the finance category of the App Store℠ within the first week of its launch. Recently Navy Federal added the capability to apply for a credit card from the app and a wizard to help members select a credit card that best suits their needs.
