Great Falls, MT (PRWEB) June 14, 2014
Contractors, architects, designers and homeowners will now have more choices when purchasing metal roofing and siding in Great Falls. On June 9, 2014, Montana-based Bridger Steel, Inc. purchased Metal Roofing and Trim (MRT) from the Birky family. Bridger Steel intends to expand the sales offering in Great Falls, adding nine standing seam profiles and six additional profiles for corrugated and painted panels.
The acquisition will allow Vernon & Elizabeth Birky to pursue future business interests. Their sons, Glen and Allan will remain at the Great Falls location with the rest of the existing friendly team that have been serving customers for years. Glen Birky, co-owner of MRT said, “We are excited about the changes this transaction will bring for both employees and customers. We are honored to have served our customers for the past 9 years and look forward to the new creative roofing and siding products we can offer our Northern Montana communities.”
Bridger Steel, Inc. is equally anticipating a bright future in Great Falls. Dennis Johnson, founder and CEO of Bridger Steel, Inc. said of the acquisition, “We look forward to serving the Great Falls market and building opportunities together with our new Great Falls team. Congratulations to the Birky family for building a very successful business in the Great Falls community. Our shared commitment to quality and excellent customer service makes this addition a wonderful fit for our customers and our company. This is a great day for the entire Bridger Steel Family."
