Richard joined Chief Outsiders as CMO in 2013 following a successful global marketing and sales leadership career with Danaher, Black & Decker and Stanley Works. He works primarily with industrial products firms, consulting in the areas of business growth, pricing optimization, lead generation and product innovation. Richard received his MBA from Wake Forest University and is an active member of Vistage and Rotary International. He serves on the boards of Lexington SC Avtec and Industries of the Blind in Greensboro NC.
