SOAR Learning evaluated LongerDays on a variety of things: their customer service, communication, if the budget they described was met, the service or good was delivered in a timely fashion, and if the quality specifications were met.

LongerDays has just won the "Thank You for NOT Making It Difficult for Me to Give You My Money!" Award, presented by SOAR Learning, Inc. This is a quarterly award that SOAR Learning, Inc., uses to recognize their top vendors. The award is only given to companies that make it "easy to pay them" for the great goods/services they supply.

SOAR Learning, Inc. evaluated LongerDays on a variety of things: customer service, communication, pricing, quality, and turn around time. Most importantly, SOAR Learning evaluated LongerDays on their ability to handle a glitch with courtesy and fairness. All of these aspects were graded on a 5-point scale, and only those companies with a score of 4 or higher were given the "Thank You for NOT Making It Difficult for Me to Give You My Money" Award.

For winning the award, LongerDays was given both a Quality Service Certificate to display in their office and they also received a Quality Service Seal to display on their website.
