Sustainable Energy Camps Kickoff Energypath 2014
Reading, PA (PRWEB) June 16, 2014 -- Energy Camps combine hands-on and classroom training in solar photovoltaic, micro hydro and biomass technologies; an introduction to sustainable energy; and energy efficiency. Activities include construction of a 3kW solar array, tours of regional biomass facilities and a micro hydro stream study.
Additional Energypath 2014 Events include:
- Conference and Expo (June 19 to 20) featuring more than 50 speakers presenting on a wide range of sustainable energy topics focusing on economic, technical, political and social issues and exhibitors sharing the latest developments in the sustainable energy industry.
- Science Fair (June 20) for middle school and high school students.
The theme of Energypath 2014 is Convergence: How the interaction between energy producing, conversion, and management technologies is changing the energy industry and can provide safe, affordable, reliable and sustainable energy.
