Panda Security, The Cloud Security Company, announced today that they have named Tom Berger as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in North America. Joining Panda from ESET, Berger comes to his position with IT security expertise and will play an integral role of Panda’s growth in the U.S. and Canada.

Berger’s priority will be to lead efforts in strengthening the company’s channel distribution, including partnership program enhancements, sales enablement, distributors and marketing campaigns. As vice president, he will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for sales and marketing for the U.S. and Canada, achieving aggressive growth goals and assisting in the company’s day-to-day operations overseas.

Berger has more than 20 years of experience in developing channel strategies and channel sales. Prior to joining Panda Security, he held the position of Director of Channel Sales and Marketing at ESET North America, where he was responsible for setting strategic direction for channel sales and marketing covering North America. Before ESET, Berger held the position of Territory Manager at SonicWALL. Currently, he resides in New Port Richey, FL with his family.
