Sin-Tsuen, who joined The KPA Group on 18th February 2014, brings 30 years of experience in Structural Engineering, especially in the design and management of large projects for government agencies and the health care industry. His background encompasses both the design and rehabilitation of major medical facilities, offices, industrial buildings, research laboratories and highway bridges in the Bay Area.
Before joining The KPA Group, Sin-Tsuen served as Associate Principal at Arup North America, as well as EQE International. His accomplishments to date include project management of the new $110 million Chinese Hospital in San Francisco and San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Centre.
Sin-Tsuen is currently working on the design of the new Veterans’ Administration Palo Alto Health Care System Dry Research Lab at the former Onizuka Air Force Station in Sunnyvale, CA.
