Karen Galena, who joined our team in April of this year, is the new Director of Business Development. The decision and announcement come as no surprise, considering the experience Galena has developed during her career. Karen graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Material Logistics Management. She also holds an MBA from the University of Detroit.

For over 28 years, Karen Galena has been a name to know in industry organizations. She was the first female President of CSCMP’s Chicago Roundtable and has experience with both hands on operations as well as managing the “Hidden Supply Chain” for many retailers. Her focus on the “Hidden Supply Chain” has put her in the ideal position to help companies improve their business practices, reduce costs, and improve service.

Van Kley highlighted her experience and talked about what that experience can do for Beltmann Integrated Logistics. “I couldn’t be more excited about what she brings to our organization as we continue to build our leadership position in working with retailers and fixture manufacturers to add speed and value to the process of fixture deployment and recovery.”
