This event will raise much-needed funds for Gilda’s Club of the Quad Cities, which provides critical breast cancer patient support and education programs. This charity event further strengthens Stefanini’s commitment to helping support worthwhile community outreach programs in the Quad Cities area.
The Stefanini Pink Ribbon Classic will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 at the Pinnacle Country Club in Milan, IL. The tournament is a double-shotgun event with the first group teeing off at 8:00 am, and the second group at 2:00 pm. The format is a four-woman team scramble. Since 2001, the Quad Cities Chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) has conducted the Pink Ribbon Classic. Beginning in 2002, Gilda’s Club of the Quad Cities has been the recipient of the funds raised from this women’s golf tournament. In all, $392,000 has been raised to improve services for Quad Cities’ cancer patients and to fund valuable breast cancer patient programs.
