Outback Deck of Roswell, GA Receives Remodeling Industry's Highest Honor
Roswell, GA (PRWEB) June 19, 2014 -- Outback Deck Recognized as Big 50 by Remodeling Magazine
Bryan Miller and John Gwaltney, owners of Outback Deck, have been selected by Remodeling magazine to join the Remodeling Big50. The Big50 awards were presented at a gala dinner at the Remodeling Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. on May 8, 2014. The 2014 Big50 winners are featured in the May issue of Remodeling, a national trade publication read by more than 98,000 professional remodeling contractors.
“It’s such an honor to receive this industry accolade”, adds Bryan Miller, President of Outback Deck. “We’ve worked hard to create an outdoor living brand consumers can trust”, adds Miller. Remodeling magazine chose Outback Deck because of their commitment to outstanding customer service, quality craftsmanship, and integrity.
Miller adds, “Our business philosophy is simple. We own homes too. We created a company that was designed around the way we wanted to be treated. That’s why our approach is simple. We educate homeowners about their options, then we offer them product and budget choices.”
Outback Deck client, Mary Rollins, adds, “l was so pleased with the people at Outback Deck. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my home, I would highly recommend them.”
Each year, since 1986, the Remodeling Big50 inducts 50 owners of remodeling companies that have set exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through exemplary business practices, craftsmanship, and impact in their community or the industry at large. Big50 remodelers run successful, often growing companies of various sizes that have taken the lead in raising industry standards.
The Big50 selection process has become increasingly rigorous in recent years, and the result, Remodeling editors believe, is one of the strongest classes to date. “Uniting the 2014 inductees are high standards and a determination to push through the recession — taking the opportunity to retool systems and processes to prepare for the recovery — ensuring that as business picks up, they are poised to meet their sales, production, and customer-service goals and continue to thrive,” according to Remodeling.
The award recognizes excellence and leadership, and it’s a privilege to be named to this select group of remodelers.
Remodeling editors, columnists, industry leaders, and the companies themselves make the nominations each year. Following a lengthy evaluation and interview process, the editors select the 50 individuals who exemplify the best of the industry that year, and who have something to offer other remodelers in proven practices. Outback Deck was selected for the category of outstanding ethics.
