Healthcare Payments Technology Spurs Triple-Digit Growth for AmeriFlex

Emerging payments technology alongside a commitment to service results in new expansion for the Dallas-based benefits administrator.

AmeriFlex, one of the nation's leading administrative service providers, announced today its plans for expansion in 2014, including additional office space for the Texas headquarters and a twenty percent increase in total employees across the organization’s national footprint. The expansion stems from a growing demand for what William C. Short, AmeriFlex president and chief executive officer, deems to be the company’s chief differentiators: cutting-edge healthcare payments technology, an unwavering commitment to upholding the industry’s highest compliance standards, and superior client service.

"Our industry continues to change at a rapid pace, and the needs of our clients and distribution partners have evolved,” said Short. “In addition to our emphasis on service and support, AmeriFlex has managed to fulfill an important need in our space: faster and more efficient payment systems that also manage to keep our clients in compliance with ever-changing regulations. Our proprietary technology developed to address this need is a driving force behind the company’s growth.”

AmeriFlex, which has experienced an organic growth rate in excess of 200 percent over the past five years, will add an additional 6000 square feet to the existing Carrollton headquarters that it acquired in 2013, while also expanding the footprint of its New Jersey operations center this fall. The company plans to add staff in both the Texas and New Jersey offices, with the majority of new hires needed to support the AmeriFlex client service and IT divisions.
