PURE Solutions Raises Standards for Allergy Travel with New Quality Assurance Program

PURE Solutions, the innovative provider of allergy-friendly hotel rooms, has adopted a new Quality Assurance program to maintain the highest standards in allergy travel. A recently appointed Director of Customer Experience will schedule regular oversight visits to PURE properties, ensuring that all rooms comply with PURE’s guidelines for accommodating guests with allergies.

PURE Solutions, a pioneer in allergy travel, has implemented a new Quality Assurance program to address these challenges and to ensure that all of its allergy-friendly hotel rooms conform to the highest standards in the industry.

PURE’s Quality Assurance Initiative came about as the company was seeking to improve its customer experience and the quality of its product. After installing the rooms to superior allergy travel standards and training hotel staff, PURE sought to improve guests’ experience by increasing its oversight and maintenance of the rooms.

This initiative will be enacted through a new program headed by Susan Engasser, Director of Customer Experience at PURE. Engasser will travel to various PURE properties across the country to maintain the standards of PURE Rooms by working with staff, taking various measurements and particle counts in rooms and ensuring that all materials—such as hypoallergenic bedding, air-purifiers and certificates—are present on-site.

“The Quality Assurance program is really an extension of my role as Director of Customer Experience,” she said. “Our goal is to provide the best night’s sleep possible for people with allergies and that requires consistency and quality through an on-going partnership with all of our hotels.”

Engasser recently inspected all of the hotels in the Orlando market last month before traveling to Cleveland and Milwaukee for another round of visits. A schedule of visits to additional PURE properties is currently being planned for this summer.

Janet Madden, General Manager at the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport recently worked with Engasser during her visit to the property and said the experience was a valuable one for both herself and for her staff.

“I was impressed with PURE’s commitment to standing behind its product,” said Madden. “It was helpful for us to become reacquainted with allergy travel concerns and to know that we are continuing to do all we can to make travel easier for people with allergies.”
