“With each product release, Ignify eCommerce responds to customer needs in order to provide the best possible solution for both the user and merchant experience.” - Pankaj Kumar, Chief Technology Officer, Ignify

Global eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and POS software and solution provider Ignify is pleased to announce the latest release of the company’s flagship software solution — Ignify eCommerce 7.3. Various social media tools and integration redefine Ignify eCommerce’s branding and cross-selling capabilities in Ignify eCommerce 7.3. Both shoppers and merchants benefit from updates in login functionality that enables social media login, integrated shopping carts among several storefronts, and more.

“The team at Ignify focused on creating a platform in which shoppers can get the most out of the web store,” said Ranjit Goray, Vice President at Ignify. “This release provides enhanced functionality in popular social media channels, login information, and product listings and image uploading. Additionally, Ignify eCommerce 7.3 features responsive web design via catalog, theme, template, and device mapping.”

Robust social media integration makes shopping easier than ever with Ignify eCommerce Release 7.3. Shoppers may log in to the web store using their social media credentials for Facebook, Twitter, or Google+. While providing these social media-savvy shoppers the convenience of using their profile logins for the web store, the merchant is also benefiting from access to profile information that provides a better understanding of the wants and needs of shoppers. This can help to target marketing campaigns or release special offers to specific customers.

To further increase social engagement, Ignify eCommerce 7.3 comes with functionality that allows visitors on the web store to upload their own product images. These images can be liked or disliked by other visitors, which may help influence buying decisions as well as the credibility of the web store.

With Ignify eCommerce 7.3, a merchant can allow shoppers to browse across multiple web stores using a common login. There is only one shopping cart per login, so the shopper needs only to place an item in the shopping cart once and may view it from any other integrated web store. Shoppers, however, aren’t the only ones benefiting from the updates in Ignify eCommerce 7.3. Merchants can also benefit from new functionality and controls within the new release.

With the merchant’s user experience in mind, Ignify eCommerce 7.3 introduces the separation of catalog and inventory modules in the Manager Panel, making navigation and customer service more efficient. The merchant has also been provided greater control over the display of the catalog, which can now be customized for specific customers or devices. This can be done by selecting varied themes and product templates that can be assigned to a particular device, such as a laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. By assigning themes per specific device, the web store will be fully optimized regardless of user device.

Enhanced gift card functionality is also included in Ignify eCommerce 7.3. Merchants have the ability to expire gift certificates manually from the Manager Panel, and may also see a comprehensive view of gift certificate/card history. Shoppers have the ability to buy multiple gift card quantities with one order.

Enhancement in integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 provides Ignify eCommerce 7.3 with real time two-way synchronization of contacts, customer profiles, sales orders, and sales quotes. The platform also adds the ability to synchronize invoices, catalog, price lists, and order status between Ignify eCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This enables a full eCommerce platform that can be accessed through Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.

“With each product release, Ignify eCommerce responds to customer needs in order to provide the best possible solution for both the user and merchant experience,” said Pankaj Kumar, Chief Technology Officer of Ignify. “Ignify eCommerce 7.3 features significant advancements in social media use and gives customers the power to provide valuable feedback in both the storefront and social media profiles.”

There are many more features for both B2C and B2B merchants, such as new product listing HTML templates, support for universal analytics for web stores, and support for Elavon payment gateway out of the box.
