Caroline Berube, managing partner of HJM Asia Law, was appointed as a foreign arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) effective May 1st, 2014.

CIETAC is one of the major permanent arbitration institutions in the world which independently and impartially resolves economic and trade disputes by means of arbitration in China. Caroline’s expertise includes Commercial Law, Cross-border Transactions, IP, Business Immigration, Employment Law and Corporate Law.
