Charlene B. Wright, a firm partner, member of the Environmental Law Practice and co-chair of the firm’s Energy Practice, Ms. Wright will be a featured speaker at MEA’s Technical Training Conference. Ms. Wright focuses on regulatory matters and litigation arising from the construction and operation of natural gas, crude oil, refined products and gas liquids pipelines and the transportation and storage of hazardous materials in North America. Her experience includes drafting comments to proposed rules impacting the industry and analyzing legislative initiatives. Ms. Wright represents clients in compliance, enforcement and permitting matters, and defends energy clients in litigation resulting from rupture, leak, fire and explosion in state and federal courts.
