Beginning June 23, 2014 JJ Buckley Fine Wines and the Conseil Interprofessionnel du vin de Bordeaux (CIVB) will begin implementing a strategic marketing program to help reposition Bordeaux wines in terms of quality, expertise and image. The partnership will combine JJ Buckley’s market reach with the CIVB access to the region.
The joint partnership is part of a successful consumer education approach that has been implemented globally displaying the same unifying message and collective image. With the USA being the 5th largest export market for Bordeaux wines, the partnership aims to maintain that position and strengthen the overall awareness of Bordeaux wines in the USA.
