Montreal, Quebec (PRWEB) June 24, 2014
The first half of 2014 is proving to be very rewarding for Orckestra, the company behind the Overture Commerce Platform, as they continue to deliver winning e-commerce solutions for their clients.
They just received their third nomination as an IMPACT Award Finalist, this time for Enterprise Public Cloud Innovation. Orckestra, along with all other finalists, will be honored at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) 2014] this July in Washington, DC, where the winners will be revealed.
This announcement came right on the heels of obtaining Best Enterprise Content Management Solution at the 2014 SharePoint Excellence Gala for the Proto (division of Stanley Black & Decker) e-commerce portal. The winning solution is powered by the Overture Commerce Platform while fully leveraging SharePoint’s enterprise content management capabilities.
In a recent statement, Orckestra CEO and Co-founder, Louis Fournier, revealed the secret to success behind his company’s acclaimed enterprise e-commerce solutions.
“In this era of modern commerce, if you aren’t innovative you won’t succeed. That’s the raison d’être for Overture. It’s a powerful platform built from the ground up offering organizations the unique ability to erase silos and master the evolution of omni-channel through Commerce OrchestrationTM. And because we do it all by leveraging the Microsoft stack, extending now into Azure for flexibility, we improve agility and time-to-value,” Fournier concluded.
Orckestra is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and is one of a select group of under 10 companies to be made an Azure Circle partner in Canada which enables them to provide customers with top-of-the range Azure expertise and all the benefits of the rich Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment. This includes the distinctive ability to offer flexible “on-your-terms” deployment models for the Overture Commerce Platform in the cloud, on premise or hybrid.

In late 2012, just prior to the launch of Overture, they were named IMPACT Award Finalists for both the ISV Software Solutions Partner of the Year and Web Development Partner of the Year.
It is also a repeat performance at the SharePoint Excellence Gala following their 2013 Best Internet Solution win for Mary Kay's Global CMS-managed e-commerce site.
