Orlando Air Conditioning Contractor Wins Wells Fargo Works' Small Business Makeover
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) June 21, 2014 -- North Pole Air Conditioning & Heating Services, Inc was selected as one of the five winners in the Wells Fargo Works Project, a Wells Fargo initiative aimed at providing resources, guidance, and services to help more small businesses achieve financial success in the USA.
Selected from among a pool of twenty-five finalists who submitted video or essay entries, North Pole Air Conditioning received as part of their prize $25,000 to be used for the improvement and betterment of their business; web design and marketing makeover from Get The Clicks, a local SEO company, and a business mentorship from Grant Cardone, international business and sales expert as well as a $5,000 donation made in their name, by Wells Fargo, to a local eligible non-profit organization based in their community.
“You’re a great example of the American entrepreneur,” says Grant Cardone about Lisandro Fernandez, owner of North Pole. “A man that comes to this country, sees an opportunity and works hard for it every day. It really moves me.” Fernandez came to America from Cuba and when he started his business in April 2012, had no entrepreneurship experience at all. Although he has worked hard, he has not been able to grow or expand his business until now.
With the help of Wells Fargo and Grant Cardone, he now hopes that he has all the tools and knowledge he needs to make a success of North Pole Air Conditioning and fulfill his dream of supporting his family and his son who suffers from autism-spectrum disorder.
