The company currently employs 380 employees and is looking to grow to 500 employees in their West Des Moines office by the end of 2015; and is projected to expand to approximately 1,000 employees by the end of 2016.

The national expansion in Denver will allow the company to better support a strong presence in the western part of the United States and Canada. The additional Denver operational staff will position the company for ease of multilingual client contact and better align hours of support for clients located in the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. Additionally, the expansion represents an ongoing commitment to redundancy in operations to ensure consistent, uninterrupted support to clients, employees and their dependents.

Businessolver currently employs nearly 200 Millennial workers, which is over half of their total workforce. "We're bucking the trend of Millennial workers jumping ship during their 'mid-life crisis,'" said Shanahan.
