San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 24, 2014
On July 3rd, 2014, Windermere Homes & Estates will celebrate their one year anniversary; a celebration of both success and excitement for what is to come in year two.
Over the first year, the company opened 4 new offices in San Diego; all modern, progressive and agent friendly. They have hired close to 200 agents and staff, and agent production represents over $500,000,000 in sales in the last 12 months; ranking Windermere Homes & Estates #6 in San Diego, based on single owner brokerages.
In just one year, Windermere Homes & Estates established a paperless transaction system, launched an industry leading website, http://www.whesd.com, put in motion a luxury property division, and developed a unique internet client program for agents.
How was it possible to become one of the fastest growing companies in San Diego in under a year's time? Windermere Homes & Estates is different from the average corporate brokerage. Owners Brian Gooding and Rich Johnson developed the company with the idea of growing a non-corporate atmosphere. Their years of experience in the industry allowed them to cultivate an agent-centric firm where agents and clients come first.
Brian Gooding and Rich Johnson each bring their own strengths to the table, but it is their differences that create the perfect balance of high tech and high touch. With a strong team behind them, the difference is obvious and compelling.
The luxury offices, free branded websites, low E&O insurance, and no-cost mentorship program are not the only qualities that Windermere Homes & Estates agents value, it is the fact that both Brian and Rich are always available to their real estate agents.
When asked about why he joined Windermere Homes & Estates, Realtor Randy Johnson said that “Windermere has a great name but the deciding factors for me were Brian and Rich. It could have been any franchise, but that really made the difference. Brian and Rich are not only fun, but they have integrity and respect, and are easily accessible to their agents.”
With the first year coming to a close, Rich and Brian expressed their gratitude for all of the support they have received. The first year has flown by and they cannot wait for what is to come over the next few months with continued growth and expansion.
