Key Findings From Survey of 100+ Top Global Retail Executives to be Summarized and Discussed

Brickstream, the in-store analytics market leader, today announced that it is now accepting registrations for its upcoming webinar, “Retail Analytics, What's In Store.” Taking place on Tuesday, June 24 at 11 a.m. ET and presented by noted retail industry researcher Dr. Donna Hamlin, the webinar will unpack findings from Brickstream’s recently published survey of 100+ global retail executives on their plans and motivations for implementing in-store analytics to improve service, operations and merchandising, as well as to advance their multichannel strategies.

124 retail executives in operations, marketing, merchandising and loss prevention from the U.S., South America, Europe and Asia took part in Brickstream’s study, and were asked about their perceptions of in-store analytics, what technologies they are now using or plan to deploy, and about their primary motivations for investing in emerging solutions.

Webinar attendees will have the opportunity to hear about the top types of in-store metrics sought, learn which functional areas within retail are currently taking the lead on analytics, and discuss potential benefits as well as barriers to deployment. Brickstream hopes to continue this conversation through its newly formed Retail Executive Forum, which is being established as a venue for participating retailers to come together and discuss both best practices and lessons learned from in-store analytic initiatives. More information about the Forum can be found at:

Webinar attendees will receive a free copy of the “Retail Analytics, What’s in Store” Executive Summary and a handy Infographic that highlights key findings. Retailers who join will also be offered a private briefing on the results along with an assessment on how the insights from the study apply to the specific needs of their businesses.
