New york podiatrist Dr. Suzanne Levine suggests a "foot facial"™ to summer-proof your feet.
Step 1: Apply a glycolic extremity cream to your feet for five to to fifteen minutes.
Step 2: While your feet are still wet use the pumice stone to gently reduce calluses and ares of thickened skin.
Step 3: Apply mint masque with salicylic acid and leave on for five minutes. Rinse off with plain water and a damp cloth.
Step 4: Apply a moisturizer to hydrate and soften the skin of your feet.
Step 5: If nails are discolored, then apply nail rejuvenator. Leave on. Whenever outside, be sure protect your feet from skin cancer... apply a waterproof hydrating cream sunscreen spf 30 to your feet and don't forget the tips of your toes!
Remember to treat your feet the way you do your face!™
