Auberge Resorts Names Meghan Holzhauer Director of Business Analysis
Mill Valley, CA (PRWEB) June 24, 2014 -- The Auberge Resorts Collection, owner and operator of luxury residences, hotels, resorts, and private clubs across North America, has appointed Meghan Holzhauer as Director of Business Analysis. In this newly created role, Holzhauer will oversee and conduct in-depth market and economic evaluations of potential business opportunities for the brand. She will report to Alison Cumberland, Chief Development Officer of Auberge Resorts.
“Meghan’s sharp eye and analytical skills make her an ideal addition to our expanding development team,” said Alison Cumberland, CDO of Auberge Resorts. “Her experience in business development and real estate analysis, coupled with an ability to structure opportunities for us will play perfectly in to our assessment model, and we look forward to her input as we continue to announce new deals.”

While studying, Meghan took on a Business Development & Strategy role at the philanthropic division of BuildASign.com, an e-commerce company based in Austin, where she developed and launched a new revenue-driving social enterprise within the organization. Also during her time in Austin, she worked at Mass Relevance, the world leader in social media curation and integration, in business and product development. Prior to pursuing an MBA, Meghan worked at SL Green Realty Corp., a Manhattan-based real estate investment trust, focusing on leasing and asset management. While there, she oversaw the leasing, construction and property management of over 10 million square feet of Manhattan office and retail property, completing over $350 million in lease transactions. Holzhauer began her real estate career with CB Richard Ellis in New York, focusing on both retail and office leasing transactions for high-profile landlords such as Morgan Stanley, Tishman Speyer and the Trump Organization. Holzhauer completed the MBA program at the University of Texas at Austin, where she served as President of the Class of 2014 Legacy Gift Committee and Vice President of Venture Fellows, a student-led organization where she gained experience at a venture capital firm.
