Reed Construction Data to Launch Reed Insight for Architects at 2014 AIA National Convention in Chicago
Norcross, Ga. (PRWEB) June 23, 2014 -- Reed Construction Data announces the release of Reed Insight for Architects, an exciting new way to connect architects to business opportunities throughout the United States. The new Reed Insight, developed in association with the American Institute of Architects and tailored specifically for architects, will be showcased at the upcoming 2014 AIA National Convention, Booth #1431, June 26-28.
Reed Insight makes it easy for architects to locate prospective pre-bid projects and clients across the United States. Combined with market analytics, a new industry-specific community for networking and information sharing, and an easy-use, visually intuitive design, architects gain valuable intelligence they need to grow their business. Reed Insight is available as a member benefit to all licensed AIA-member architects.
“Reed Insight for Architects provides architects a clear, visual way to better understand market opportunities and make valuable new industry connections,” stated Rich Remington, Chief Operating Officer, Reed Construction Data. “Reed's longtime strategic partnership with the AIA has allowed us to design this product specifically to answer the needs of the architectural community.”
“There’s nothing else like Reed Insight for Architects available in the market. Being able to go to a dashboard like this and get valuable information quickly and easily – and in a format we can share with our clients – is incredibly powerful,” stated Jay Silverman, Senior Associate, Lord Aeck Sargent and President, AIA Atlanta. “That’s why I’m really excited about what Reed and the AIA have developed to support the practice of design.”
Reed will provide personalized demos of the new Reed Insight for Architects and all of the company’s top-selling products, including Forecast, Analyze and the exclusive RSMeans-powered Material Demand. RSMeans will also showcase RSMeans Online and 25 new green building models.

To celebrate the anticipated completion of the AEC Cares blitz-build project with Metropolitan Family Services, Reed is inviting architects, contractors, manufacturers and all AIA attendees to the booth, so they can make their mark on the special community project. Reed, with the AIA, Hanley Wood and respected volunteers and donors, have been working to brighten and restore a former school building that will soon be a model early-learning center for very young, underprivileged children. The AEC Cares project comes to a close the week of the convention.
